Dhikr

A counter for dhikr that does not ask you to look at it. Choose what you are saying, set how many times, and count with a key.

What you count

Ten of the dhikrs said most often, each with its Arabic, its meaning and its usual number, or a dhikr of your own with a name and, if you like, the Arabic. Every dhikr keeps its own count and its own maximum. Counting stops at the maximum; start over, or choose another dhikr, to carry on. Leave the maximum empty to count without end.

Count from any program

Pick keys for "count one more" and "count one less" by pressing them: a key with a modifier, a function key, a media key, or a side or middle mouse button. A mouse that sends keys from its own software works too. The shortcuts belong to the desktop app, so they work while Mecmua's window is closed to the tray and another program has the screen.

A counter in the corner

Switch on the corner counter and a small number floats above your other programs, in the corner and on the screen you choose. It never takes a click or the keyboard, so it cannot get in the way of what you are doing.

Good to know

• Needs Mecmua 1.3.2 or newer.
• Keys that work in other programs need the Mecmua desktop app; mouse buttons and two-key shortcuts are Windows only. Without it the counter still works inside Mecmua, on the computer and on your phone, with a small counter shown in the page.
• Your count is kept on the computer that runs Mecmua, so every device shows the same number.
• The page speaks Türkçe when you choose it in Settings › Appearance.
